Fine, but room to improve

The features the app does have is great, I like how the log will keep a running timeline, and I like the loggable items. However, I have some suggestions. Being able to add checklists/a schedule of the day could be really helpful, plus the ability to add photos, and log other things such as medication if/when given. Also, I wish the app would send notifications when nanny or parent makes any inputs, such as clocking in/out, logged events, or schedule updates. And I wish the calendar made it more clear if it’s the parent or the nanny inputting an event. This would be helpful for “requesting” and documenting time off.

Response from developer

Hi kotalynn17 — thank you so much for this. It means a lot that you took the time to share what’s working and what would make Banany more useful day to day. In the latest update you’ll find a daily checklist, photo and medication logging, notifications when someone clocks in/out or adds to the day, and clearer labels on the calendar so it’s obvious whether a parent or nanny added something — including for time off. Please update when you can, and if anything still feels missing, I’d love to hear from you. Feedback like yours really does shape what I build next. — Brady
