Problemas de conexión y el ingreso es complicado

Como puede ser que aun no hayan habilitado el ingreso mediante Face ID. Cada vez que uno quiere ingresar, debe introducir usuario, contraseña y pin. Los problemas de conexión al servidor del banco son comunes por lo que muchas veces, se debe ingresar la contraseña y el pin varias veces. Si uno comete un error dos veces, bloquean la cuenta. Es increíble que el banco y el desarrollador no se adapten a lo que ofrece el mercado y la competencia. Estoy cambiando de banco por este motivo.
