Serious limitations
The set list edit function is limited to adding , removing, or reordering songs in a set list. You cannot redistribute songs between set lists. There is also no way to retitle a set list.

Many problems
Some of the many frustrations include not being able to print or convert to pdf the set lists. Unable to delete old set lists. Not able to rename set lists or song titles. Very frustrating to use.
Cannot invite anyone
I’ve tried to invite my bandmates. Numerous times. Even reinstalled several times. They don’t get the email or the invite. I’m at the end of my rope with this. I seem to be the only one that I know that has had this issue. I’ve checked all settings within my email, phone, the app… I just will not send invites. iOS vs. android does not seem to matter. Both platforms are within n my band and still nothing. Please help. I love this idea and everyone else says it’s amazing, but I can’t get anyone in my band onto it.

Great concept
App crashes every time I try to delete a member from a gig. Great concept. Not going to cancel just yet but hopefully gets fixed soon.
Just crashes
Used Band Mule in a previous band and it was fine. Recently came to use it and the app crashes after 5 seconds and the web page logs me out after 10 seconds. Looking at alternatives.
Amazing App But Please Add 1 Thing!!
I really enjoy the app and use it a lot. Could you please add the option to change the color for gigs on the calendar? I think right now it is only green but if we could change it to a yellow for gigs that are not 100% confirmed yet or blue for free/charity shows, etc. Thank you!
App consistently quits
In using an iPhone 13 and the Band Mule app consistently quits every timeI open it, unless I quickly click on the menu in the upper left corner. Fix your bugs!

Love it but…
So I just paid for this app after getting logged out of the free version. And now we’re trying to edit my bands website and it won’t work. Shouldn’t any band member have access to edit the band page?? And why can’t we rename our URL’s? Please fix this

Great for organizing all your band related stuff - gigs, practices, song lists
If there was only a way it could periodically slap some of my band mates and tell them to update their availabilty.
On a serious note - a nice feature would be to be able to add songs to a “work in progress” playlist. We’re working on new material constantly, but don’t want to add any songs to our library before they’re fully baked and ready for prime time.

Great app to get organized
Loving this app so far! It's just what we needed as a band to organize ourselves better.
Hopefully the options for the song list and set lists can be expanded to include sequencing options (alphabetical, etc...) and possibly some pop ups warning that a song is already in the song list and/or setlist, to avoid repeating entries.

Though it is a “free” app with in-app purchases, it immediately cues you to pay $5.99 a month no bypass to use the app with limitations on its features. The plus side: only one member needs to pay the monthly fee.
Inviting my band mates to join the scheduling app provided them each with a link to Band Mule which generates the login page. It will not cue your band mates to create a profile. They should simply log in with their email and whichever password they desire. This confuses us for a short time.
We are using this app primarily to organize our weekly availability and build a calendar. Each member is able to select the days which they are available but not the times of day they are available. For example, I may be able to practice Wednesday after work, but according to my availability, I’m available all of Wednesday.
I hope that the folks at Band Mule are able to make some adjustments to make my purchase worth it!

Started charging me?
I’ve used BM for years. It’s now kicked me out and wants £5.99 a month to log back in?!
Feature suggestion
Overall thr app is great, much less cat hearding than before. A useful feature would be stage times, load in, soundcheck, support, and changeover. Even better if this could be shareable outside the app for support act, tech etc.
Crashes
Every time I login the app crashes, tried it on desktop and did the same thing. Needs some fixing before you can justify charging for memberships.

Really great app. It has saved hours of ringing around members to book a job.
So much potential, but buggy
I really want to like this app, but so far I’ve had a lot of problems with it crashing. Also, it’s kinda hot or miss if you get notifications… One of my biggest complaints is that you can’t rearrange songs in a set list. It will let you move the song, but it just either goes back to where it was or it just lands wherever it wants in the set list, basically making it useless. I feel like every problem it has could easily be fixed by the developer. If these issues are resolved I’ll update my review; however as it is the app is nearly useless.
