Can’t playback or upload your own music
This app seems to be primarily for tracking monetization as opposed to actually being able to manage your music. It’s neat seeing stats but like…if I need to fix an issue with an upload or something along those lines it’s utterly useless. As actually managing my music is the reason I downloaded the app, it’s quite frustrating that all I can do is look at sales and view figures…not exactly why I started making music frankly, that’s what my day job is for…

Can’t log in.
I’ve been trying to log back in after logging out and it’s just not recognising my email or password. I’ve been trying for about half an hour and it’s like this every time I try.
Simply Doesn’t Work
I have never once been able to log in to this app. I’ve tried changing my password have a dozen times. I’ve tried logging in using the username vs the email. Nothing works, I get the same message every time, “Oops
Please first re-verify your account using the link we just emailed to you.” Click the link and it brings me to the browser which works fine. Try and go back to the app and get the same error. Absolutely useless app.

Basically pointless…
An app for artists that doesn’t allow me to edit or even view any of my own projects? What are we doing here?
Merchandise Orders Tab
The “Merchandise Orders” tab has stopped working. I’ve reported the issue more than once. The support response has been rather dismissive. Shameful they will not escalate this error report.
I don’t get what the point of this app is
You can’t do anything useful or important at all. Can’t upload music, can’t edit any useful settings. Like literally what is it even for?

I love bandcamp but
You can’t upload a song, see your own profile or anything. They even have the merchandise section on the app twice because there is so little function with it. I’m not sure what the point is. A Web browser on a phone doesn’t let you upload a song either so I was hoping this is where that would be possible.

Pathetic
There’s really only one use for this app - to track visitors/track plays… AND IT DOESN’T EVEN PROPERLY DO THAT! It will be months before it registers a stat, I know this because I had friends literally play my tracks from their phone multiple times and it never registered in the stats section of the app at all. This app is a joke.

Needs work w/ messages and donations.
Navigating being an artist with Bandcamp is rough. The only way you can contact them is email. Imagine being signed to a record company or working on releasing your album to the masses through a distributor and only having access to your them through email. You can’t get them on the phone for help at all. That’s what band camp basically is. It can be frustrating at times, especially an artist.

I can’t do anything in this app. The website is much better. This app basically has no features. I think it should have some love sent its way and it will be a great app.

You deleted all my tracks WHY?
I came on to download my tracks because a storage device failed - only yo find you deleted them all without notice. Im crying. My work is gone
