Best App For Musicians Finders
I just got here in about a week , but everything is fantastic, There are musicians everywhere that want to meet with u so badly , and jam with us and chat and hang up , idk what else to say but , Go Get BandFriend , the best app in the world WOOOOOOOOOO
Unable to sign up
I downloaded the app and tried to login with Facebook. It failed. I tried to log in with Google. Fail. Apple. Fail. Used the email option and also failed. It wouldn’t even let me type a password. The keyboard came up but nothing happened when I typed. App may be great but after 10 minutes of trying to get into it I deleted it.

I deleted it- it’s broken
I was willing to download cuz reviews seemed good but this app would not stop showing my location- I tried to remove it but it kept showing my exact address publicly, my account would not update any changes well and it just seems so poorly coded and broken

User friendly, nice interface. Good app for musicians looking to connect. I particularly like the public feed feature, lots of cool content.

Do not work with Julie Mogan. She seems nice and friendly. But the second you move off the app everything goes sideways. It’s only been two days and I am already traumatized.
Please. Do not work with her.

SO MANY BOTS
I download this app and 6 hours later I had 14 bots in my inbox. I was really hoping this would work out to find other musicians unfortunately that’s not the case.

It should have been better than this all the artists that are there are all minor which is not what I’m looking for

A little tedious to setup, but it’s easy and has good features.
Full off scams
Avoid, its not well managed. You set your location but constantly get messages from fake accounts in other countries. People who claim to have heard your track even though you haven’t posted one.

Not impressed
One day on the app and I’m am being hounded by fake profiles from out of state or out of country. Lots of comments on posts are bots or scammers claiming business propositions. Others are commenting like it’s a dating app. Not sure if anyone real uses this app or not. Only a few hours in and I’ve blocked and reported a dozen profiles.

Bandfriend is overrun with scammers, sex workers pushing hookups, and straight-up illegal vibes. Underage people are clearly on here too, people are getting creepy messages with zero moderation or protection.
I just wanted to find beginner musicians in my area to jam with—deleted it fast and reporting it. Avoid this app completely; it’s not safe.

BandFriend is a great resource

This app is full of bots and scams.
I originally downloaded in hopes I would find musicians interested in my band, but I haven’t gotten a SINGLE real response from any real person, my phone is flooded day by day with dms from bots and people trying to make a quick buck. This app is horrible, do NOT use it.

Nothing but AI spam bots. I don’t even think there are any real people on this app…
Hoping it goes in use
This is a good base for musicians to find other musicians and doesn’t appear to block any essentials with a paywall which means it has a good chance to get more musicians using it
