Lying of age rates
It’s kinda funny when you put 13+ on their app but once you install it and put your birthdate somewhere to 2011-2013, a pop up box shows up and says “yOu MuSt Be 16 yEaRs OlD tO jOiN” how stupid are you so you can put your app for “13+” and you say that it’s for 16+ only? Suck a fat one and fix the bugs I mean damn it looks like it’s off a homeless man who made it on his Microsoft 1999 computer I mean damn.

Can’t sign up
Can’t even sign up. Keeps saying I’m missing the captcha. Except there isn’t one.
Rip off
Vampr is a better app. The dm box is free and it functions like tinder. You can get a better location search too you don’t always have to restart. Please don’t pay Bandmix for dms use Vampr instead.
..
This app is just horrible and the fact you have to pay to send messages etc.. is just crazy
Advance search
App not working
AVOID! AVOID!!
This app took my money (100 dollars) after I canceled the subscription and has refused to answer my emails. So at this point I have paid 100 dollars and had my service cancelled. Do not use this app.
Pay to do anything
You cannot even message musicians unless you pay a monthly feee. It’s rediculous. We’re just a band looking for a drummer and you can’t interact with anyone. Not a like, not anything.
Has potential to be cool
This app is so sad. lol.
Helped me find a band
Bandmix helped me find a band within a week and so far it seems like a great fit.
Very buggy. Freezes repeatedly.
No fun. Not a productive use of my time.
Thanks for a great ride!
I have loved Bandmix, and have found some collaborators using your app. Thanks for a great ride.
Just ridiculous.
You have to pay to send someone a message, but you can reply to the messages you receive? Make it make sense. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If I could give less stars I would.
It couldn’t have been a better fit
Ended up finding a great group of guys at the perfect time when they were looking for a new drummer and it couldn’t have been a better fit
Grrrrr
Bandmix is awesome!! The app is a clunky un-usefull waste of time.
Buggy and useless
One of my worst investments. Though it would be useful and spent my hard earned money on a 3 month subscription and got no responses from other local musicians to my inquiries. Also asked the support to suspend my account for a while and received no response from them. Surprise. Save your money and look for alternatives.

100% Paywalled, Never-ending Spam Emails
You cannot message anybody or make any connections via this app without paying for a wildly overpriced subscription. UI is buggy and intentionally designed to MISLEAD you into thinking the "service" is usable without a subscription, but it is NOT.
Upon regrettably signing up for this scam with my email address, I have received nearly DAILY SPAM EMAILS, begging me to buy a subscription. THESE EMAILS DO NOT STOP IF YOU ATTEMPT TO UNSUBSCRIBE. THIS APP IS A SCAM AND WILL RELENTLESSLY BOMBARD YOU WITH SPAM MARKETING!!!
PLEASE USE VAMPR OR CRAIGSLIST ALTERNATIVELY.

Bruh
It’s absolute crazy work how it cost 15 dollars just to contact people. I’d rather just go to my local music store and meat people there
Can’t login
I’m a premium user. Just tried to login and despite going through all the rigmarole to ensure I had the right password (i.e. changing my password on the site specifically so I absolutely had to have the right password) I still couldn’t login
Glitchy and Problematic
This is a terrible app. A mostly blank panel pops up covering most of the screen every time I perform a search. Limited search functionality. Waste of money. I paid for one month of premium and will contact everyone in my area then not renew and delete app.
Also, way too many people with no audio samples and very vague profiles. Poorly designed, not well thought out and dreadful execution. App is on version 1.0.6 and hasn’t been updated in 2 years at the time of writing this review.

Charged for service
I did not sign up for a subscription but merely paid a one-time fee to have one of my songs “remastered.” A $10 waste of money but worse - they fraudulently signed me up for a one-year paid membership at that same time. I did not notice until this year (today) when they charged me $100 for a renewal. So far, they’ve stolen $200 from me.
