たまに繋がらなくなる
beoplay h100とiPhone17の相性が悪いのか知りませんが、稀にアプリとヘッドホンの連携が取れなくなることがあります。出荷前状態にリセットしてもペアリングを削除しても同様に解決しません。スマホのソフトウェアアップデートが原因でこの不具合が発生していた時もありましたがそうでない時もあります。割と頻発するので何とかして欲しいものです。

SLOW app for High end product
My first experience downloading this app after getting $1k headphones was utterly unimpressive. It took several tries just to get the app to recognize my B&O 980’s, and when finally connected, it always has difficulties reconnecting. I only utilize the app when I want to connect or disconnect it from certain devices like if I’m switching between work computer to iPad to iPhone. And it NEVER works trying to forget a device. It’s been 3 years now and there hasn’t been any improvement.

Not stable on IOS
I have the B&O H9i headphones which a only use once in a while not impressed with the app which does not seem to update or even connect to the headphones neither is the Bluetooth working properly

Death by update
Last software destroyed these the left headphone doesn’t work without noise cancellation. Worse on Xbox. Imagine owning something that gets destroyed by the manufacturer after purchase. Wow.
Side notes: noise cancellation does a lot of processing to sound, the difference is huge.

Fantastic speaker app!!!
I particularly love the fabulous choice of international radio stations available through the app. We use this app every morning to listen to our favourite radio stations before heading out for work/school.

I have a pair of Beo Grace Earbuds, since purchase over several months ago, the app has issues, for instance the radio feature does not function for scrolling through stations on the screen - it’s never worked and still a problem - after spending £1,000 on earbuds I would like to think B&O are still trying to find a fix.
