Uses a unique interface as an equalizer, fantastic selection of radio stations searchable by cities around the world, clean layout. I used with apple music, which doesn’t incorporate into the app, so I can’t comment on streaming service functionality
Error
I just want to extend my warranty, but the entire page keep freezing. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it didn’t work. How am I supposed to extend my warranty when it could be only done through app?
Google interference
The embedding of Google into the software is a nuisance and a harassment. It is operational even with Chrome disabled and it is taking up one of the favourites.

Garbage
The app is poorly designed, you can’t delete a product because the play bar sit in front of the setting button, stupidity at its finest. Run test your app and ALL applications (phones etc) before releasing them on the market. I have a pair of earbuds that are useless because I can’t reset them for my new phone.

Very disappointing. Not sure what’s it’s for. Adds zero value
Extremely disappointing experience with the Bang & Olufsen app for the Beosound A1 2nd Gen. It barely functions and offers virtually no real utility or meaningful control over the speaker. Basic connectivity is frustrating, settings are sparse, and it fails to deliver the high-end experience you expect at this price point. A premium brand shouldn't be relying on software this unpolished. Save your time and don't bother downloading it.
Never had a worse Bluetooth speaker by the way. It is designed with a great looking metal dome over it that … blocks Bluetooth signal.
So it looks good but doesn’t work as a Bluetooth speaker unless it’s less than 3m from the source.

The B&F earbuds sound wonderful. Unfortunately they refuse to stay in my ears. Also, they don’t obey orders very well sometimes 2 taps pauses them other times 2 advances to next song. Can’t use them for phone use, it just seems beyond them. I could not recommend them to a friend, perhaps an enemy. I came so close to returning them but I refuse to let them beat me, I don’t know how, but it might be my fault.

Beosound 1
Feedback based on experience with my Beosound 1 speaker. Product works fine but connectivity with the App (via iPhone 16) does appear to be disrupted when the App itself is updated.
I may be wrong here but it does seem to be a recurring theme across these reviews. Fortunately I’ve learned to replace / update the App reinstall the Beosound 1 and off we go again (till next time).
One other suggestion and echoing one made by another user is to include the album art work on the ‘now playing’ screen. That said there may be contractual or technical reasons for not being able to do so.
These apart, when it all works as designed (and it does now) the device and App are great!

Faulty app
Been using the app and headphones for about 2 years now and the app won’t work and turn my headphones to noise cancelling and I can’t change how much bass or anything that you should be able to change

i love it when it works but so many times i’m ready to play my Balance eg people just showed up for a dinner party and now ‘not reachable’. not a great time to reboot every thing hoping it will work . when it’s working i love the ability to modify the sound, international radio stations and tidal. but man on the connections front it is the buggiest thing i own.

Great could use some more functionalities
Love the app & best product on the market, but could use some more functionalities, like the ability to Power On/Off your speaker from the App, particularly relevant for the portable Beosound Explore speakers
