The mobile application will enable users, to record various features of each tree within the scope of their property. Details such as species, approximate age, and condition can be mapped. Data can be inserted by filling an online form which includes GPS enabled location along with the property details, which would then be reviewed by experts for accuracy. Who can use - Various government and non-government organizations such as : - Individual/Household - Gated communities - Corporate bodies - Educational Institutions - Hospitals - Religious Institutions The exercise will help in tree census conducted by the Tree Authority of Bangalore. The census also aims to create and encourage awareness among communities, regarding the importance of afforestation.
