I made an order during black friday and it did take a while but only because they were backed up. They were communicating with me on the order while i was waiting and they informed me they were very overloaded and very upfront that they're trying to get everybody their orders ASAP. My order unfortunately was mixed up and I messaged them and they were sure to fix it quick let me keep the banger they accidentally sent and replaced it with the correct one. I've had problems with other quartz companies and had them just ghost me. Stephen cares about his customers and it goes a long way for business. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Fix the issue with the tic tac option, fix the issue where you can’t redeem your points, fix the issue where you don’t get your free stuff when theirs an event going on because you bought from the app and have no intention of buying again the website just to get the bonus
