Basic app, it does the job. I don’t like that it asks for a review every time I open and do something in the app.

I wish our banks would never have converted. All my accounts do not show up still, it never remembers by username, just don’t like it whatsoever

There should never be a pending transaction. I just did a transfer and those should be available immediately. A deposit should not be pending. I have never had pending for my bank. Ever. Please do better.

They do the best work I like that they do the location they shut the card off. They do what they’re supposed to do. I love being first.

Very disappointed in the way the transfer works
The web site and easy to access my account is difficult. And support is ify at best

Worst app for online banking. Nothing works, can’t change anything and all my information was not updated with latest merger. If your bank offers this online banking app… SWITCH BANKS.
Transfers
I already transferred money yesterday. After trying 28 times to log in this morning and resetting my phone 10 times I was finally able to log in and look at my account again to see that the money did not get transferred. So I had to transfer it again. If it doesn’t work this time I will be looking for a new bank. I do not have time to be waisting hours every day to make sure your app is working properly.

OK App
It was better before the most recent update when accounts were alphabetically listed by nickname. Now they are arranged by types first.
Slow sluggish and poorly displayed
The app is slow, sluggish and poorly organized since they switch from a robust feature app in native iOS. Web based app version is poorly designed with slow performance and notifications don’t tell you the details except exceeding a threshold. Tell me what the actual amount is and the vendor to be useful instead of going to email.

Stop making things tougher!
Do NOT like the changes made on your mobile bank app. Could not find all the monthly information on my HELOC account as I have received in the past. Not everyone is tech savvy or born into computer age. I suggest you go back & make customer accounts much more user friendly & easier to access all information on every account & transaction when complete history accessibility. 😡

New update sucks
This app used to be flawless and then they updated it… I now have limited access to my money and that’s when the app doesn’t crash. Good experience turned bad.
