Bill pay
I wish there was bill reminders for bill pay on this apps that would remind me of when a bill was coming due and when it was paid and to whom. I’ve asked about this several times in the bank but no response. Truist has a great setup for this but I enjoy doing business locally. Maybe you guys can somehow give this a look please.

I have been banking with Bank Independent since 2010 when my husband and I moved to this area. I have been extremely happy with the professional and extremely kind services that we have received throughout the years. This update is absolutely no good to me. I’m not getting a new phone just so I can use your app. Do better.
I abhor the new Bank Independent app.
So many problems since they “upgraded” it a few months ago. It rarely works. You have to clear the app from your recent history to open it again. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app several times to attempt to get it to work. Honestly, it’s making me consider changing banks entirely. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Says I can’t use the app without updating it but I do not have the option to update it. Makes zero sense. Please change it back to normal!

I’ve been trying to update for a few weeks and cannot, I assume this doesn’t apply to me, so why is this still popping up when I’m checking my balance?

Can not update therefore I cannot check my balance which I guess I could run to the bank and check but kind of defeats the purpose in downloading installing and syncing your account just to not be able to use it please fix
