Password issue
Trying to save login credentials is very difficult. Something about this particular app does not play well with Apple Passwords manager.
Mobile
Unable to make a note on transfers on the mobile device like you are on a PC. Please update your software.
buggy
this app is so bugged out its insane. everyday i’m getting logged out and warnings for violating policy when i don’t open or use the app for days/do anything wrong.
Zelle and deposit limits
If you use Zelle they will flag your account and block you out if you use it with any regularity effectively making Zelle not functional

From the transition to now, this bank and all the people in Fowlerville and VGs branch have been so helpful. I appreciate all the help they have given. Just the best bank for us
Horrific maintenance issues on app
This bank is horrible. Half the time I can’t access my banking information and check my balance due to the app not working and sometimes it’s several days before they fix it.
Doesn’t work
Won’t even load anymore. Keeps saying make sure you have latest update. Check everyday for new updates. Still won’t let me log in.

Make it to where I can actually open the bank app that would be great.

Am very happy with this bank. Came from Chase with not such a great experience. All of the employees at Bank of Ann Arbor have been exceptional inside the bank and on the phone Thank you!!
Best bank ever
I have had accounts with every big and small banks, from NBD to Michigan national bank. Hands down the best bank I have ever been affiliated with is BOAA. I Want to thank you all for supporting our little town here in Plymouth Michigan for music in the park and far beyond. You all are amazing.

New Mobile App Update
Not sure why Bank of Ann Arbor made this App update. It’s not nearly as easy to use as the old version. Why?

It would be nice if the Bank of Ann Arbor got ahead for once by allowing Apple pay with debit card.

Other banks allow you to deposit checks with your phone, pay bills, etc. why is this one so basic?

I had difficulty downloading the app, and once downloaded I couldn’t log into my account. It keeps saying error. This is the second time I’ve tried to get this app, and the second time it’s been frustrating to the point of giving up. AAAGGGHHH

First ones had bugs, but new updates are great. I would suggest adding the mobile deposit feature next!
