No Forgot Password
The worst bank app ever, it makes no sense that you didn’t add a forgot password option, and the worst part I haven’t forgot my password I was writing the real password and it keeps says incorrect until my account got locked, the worst part I called the Support team they said I should visit the bank while I’m more than 50km far away from the bank which I can’t visit, this app should really have Forgot Password option, or at least Support team should help in the calling, without asking to visit the bank. I WILL CHANGE MY BANK NEXT TIME!

Can’t rest password after forget it
Verification is not working
Must visit the bank branch and this is so annoying services.

1- No Notification
2- Cant reset Password
3- it takes 2 to 3 days to show transactions
Look at Qi,FIB, all other bank’s application it’s incredible more than two years and there is no update!
