This app is worthless if you want to deposit a check using it.
Mobile Deposit Fails
Not much to say except that the app closes automatically after photo is taken.
Bill pay not available
The update in both web and app error on bill pay scheduling. Apps and sites/systems should be tested before release. We expect better from BBV and the new bank from merger.

Buggy and only sometimes loads.
Both the iPhone & Android versions of the app are really buggy. Barely ever gets past the loading screen and is buggy when it does. This is a application for a bank. It should not be this buggy.
After newest update, app does not work
This app worked great until the newest update. As soon as I updated it, my fingerprint was no longer taken and my user name and password was not accepted.
Heartland Financial ruined MJBTRC banking
The old Morrill & Janes app was far better than this "savvy" branded one. The device authentication process has outdated contact information, which I am unable to correct, and is incapable of contacting me when the correct information is selected, thus making it impossible to authenticate my device to use the app. Touch ID integration would be a highly welcome addition, as well as a redesign to align more with the iOS look and format. Also, Pay support could be a make or break factor when considering switching banking services...

Great small town banking app!
This is an awesome app for a Sabetha bank! Especially for college students away that still want to bank back home. So many great features!

Pay bills, deposit checks using mobile capture with phone or tablet, transfer money very nice app. Love it.
