Been with the bank for many years and they handled any issues with almost and timely faction
Constantly declining cards
If you ever need to buy something over $100 you’ll need to call the bank and let them know every single time. Also apple pay will sometimes lock your card for the whole day. Awful bank for boomers.
Too hard to take pictures
I need an extremely bright light to take a picture of the checks. Most times I go outside to take pictures in the sun, and sometimes if the wind is blowing I can’t take any pictures. Today I managed to take one after four tries at home under a very bright light. It’s a real pain in the neck.

I prefer it the way it was. Don’t like the new mobile app at all
Does what it's supposed to
Not bad. Would like to see them add Touch ID verification
So far so good.
Seems like it will be as good as all the other banking apps but will not replace the desktop version. Not sure if I can have the bank send checks with the app yet.
