I’m a member of a family, not a number!
I’d banked with one major bank most of my life. I was just a number. After a move to a new city I found myself needing a safety deposit box. Going into the local branch of my bank I found no more safety deposit boxes would be available as the bank was phasing them out. Disappointed I left and started driving in this new city to see other nearby banks. BEST decision I ever made!
Not only did I find Bank of Central Florida, I found a new banking family! From the moment I walked in, I felt the welcoming spirit of my new banking family. After learning all that Bank of Central Florida had to offer (which is amazing) I became a member of the “family”. I do not use family lightly, because that is how they make you feel. I recommend you check them out and join the bank that welcomes you in and brightens your day. At Bank of Central Florida you ARE a member not a number.

It doesn’t save my log in and i have to occasionally log in using my password that i don’t remember
Bank of Central Florida app
This app is horrible! I hate that I’m constantly having to reset my password! it is not easy to navigate. I do not like the layout either.
Removing Options?
Fine app but in the latest updates they removed the option to add a card to your Apple wallet which doesn’t make sense. Now it is much more difficult to get them verified and working as you have to call a 3rd party phone number to do so who I’ve had problems with.
App not named correctly
Why does the app name come up as Personal on iPhone app list. Searched and searched for bank of central Florida and couldn’t find it. Finally realized it is listed under P for personal. Stupid!!!
