Better, but still needs work
I like the new deposit feature, but it is still problematic at times as far as recognizing and accepting checks. Transfer options to other banks would be nice as well, as opposed to just your own accounts.
A small town bank with big city features
I live three hours from Phenix, and I manage the affairs of our hunt club. I opened this account to make it convenient for our members to pay their club dues. It’s worked perfectly. I was impressed with the technology the bank offered. Miss Robinette has been a pleasure to deal with….and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
