Delayed balance
Purchases are not showing up until days later so actual balances are not accurate. Not dependable to keep track of spending at all.

Bank of Commerce & Trust is an awesome, friendly and most importantly a professional institution! I have been with Bank of Commerce since I was 16 years old!! When they started the online app, that was the best thing ever!! All your important info is at your finger tips! I love the staff at the Crowley and Rayne banks!

Horrible!
This app has glitches!! It showed a certain amount available but really didn’t have that amount to spend. So you can’t go by what it tells you. Which is unfortunate and a huge inconvenience because what is the app for then? I thought I kept track of your balances. So be aware of that. The next disappointment with this app is that it showed that a check that I deposited from a company was returned to the company and it really was just pending. Don’t trust this app!!!!
