Loading accounts
Every time I try to log into my account it says “loading accounts” and logs me back out due to inactivity.

Terrible App
Honestly it keeps glitching and messing up, which I don’t need in my banking app. It hardly even lets me into the log in screen, so I can’t transfer money when I need to, and it doesn’t let me deposit. Last weekend I needed to transfer money out of my savings for something that I was saving money for, and It wouldn’t even let me in the log in screen to log in. Long story short I was unable to get what I needed or access my savings until I went into the actual bank.

Needs to be fixed
I haven’t been able to open the app no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, it says the app isn’t trusted and to contact the manufacturer of the app. I also can’t login through google because their website times out
Worst banking app I’ve ever used.
This App keeps crashing and then when I call the bank to see what’s wrong they tell me to reinstall the app but that doesn’t work either. I have absolutely no idea why I keep banking with this company other then some sort of town support which doesn’t really exist with this company.
Service
I was hesitant about opening an account with a smaller community bank that was also out of my way. But it was the best decision. They really go out of their way to help.
2020 update?
The app hasn’t worked since the new year started. Will a new update be out soon?
Small town-big service
It’s not a large banking company (chase, regions, BOA, ect.) but it is always been reliable for me. I love It.
