Takes forever to transfer
The mobile app works well and is easy to use, but I have a weekly transfer set up and it takes a full week to move the money. This is crazy
Sucks
I don’t log in here too often but when I do. I always have the hardest time doing it. I got the Face ID selected and it always says oops something went wrong and I still have to manually put my password in.

Not impressed
Do not like not being able to change amount of payment to loans. Other than what is due. Highly dislike not being able to make transfers to and from my business to my personal accounts or to loan. App is very limited. You no longer can view statements.

I am so glad to be able to jump on to my account 24/7. And be able to reach someone when I have questions

Should be able to access your account and routing number from the app that’s my only concern/issue

Bank of Frankewing’s app is fairly good. It’s easy to use.
There are things that could be improved upon.
The password needs to be changed once a quarter. There is no warning to change the password. The subscriber just can’t log in. I usually have to use my computer to change my password, then update the password on my phone.
I would like a running subtotal with each debit/credit.

Not impressed
