Connection Problems
The app is great I wish it alerted me when anything was purchased/pending and my total but sometimes it sends a notification saying that its unable to complete operation when you try to open the app

I know it’s just a local bank that created this app, but when you don’t use the recommended resolution that Apple has with their iPhones, you will most certainly encounter proportion and calibration problems... it’s not the fact that you haven’t updated it (which you just revamped the entire application a month ago.)... it’s just that you only care how the app looks and now how it performs. You could also make it easier for users to pay their loans instead of having us bring a sheet and receipt every time we want to withdrawal. Ignorance is prime in your situation. Things won’t improve until you improve them, and that’s on you. Also... quit raising the overdraft fees (it’s no issue for me.); it only shows ignorance to the Low class of this area, and speaking on that line since we’re in Franklin County and people aren’t the smartest nor richest.
