Don’t waste your time and money with them
My experience with the Bank of Georgia’s e-commerce onboarding team has been one of the most frustrating and unsettling banking interactions I have ever had. Their online payments department treats new, legitimate businesses as if they are unwanted. Instead of supporting growth, they create obstacles, delays, and unexplained decisions.
What shocked me the most was the complete lack of transparency. They can deactivate both personal and business accounts without a single explanation, leaving you locked out of your own funds with no warning. Imagine running a business and suddenly losing access to your money — that is exactly how unsafe the process feels.
If you still choose to open an account here, do not keep large balances. Consider this a serious warning: the lack of communication and accountability can cost you thousands, and you will have no idea why it happened.
From my understanding, the onboarding team is led by (if I’m not mistaken) Tamar Venetski and Irakli Kalandadze — and under this leadership, the process feels unpredictable, unprofessional, and deeply concerning.

Nice app and very easy to use …
Loading takes forever
Sometimes logs in and when it does it is a good app. But sometimes it starts loading after entering the passcode and never logs in. Frustrating.
