Не удается авторизоваться в приложении, авторизация чудесным образом слетела, логин и пароль ввожу, далее смс не приходит. Других способов авторизоваться просто нет без смс. С поддержкой и оператора и банка созванивался несколько раз, без посещения офиса проблему не решить а я при этом в другой стране…

Don’t open account with them if you want to save time
Their onboarding team of online payments (e-commerce) does not allow new legit businesses to onboard. They may even deactivate your personal and business account without telling you the reason. If you still open account, don’t have too much money on it - consider this as free advice which may cost you thousands. This team is led by (if im not mistaken) Tamar Venetski and Irakli Kalandadze. This bank has really terrible level of customer support. I linked a new number to my app (just fyi - it sends short code when linking to confirm it’s your number). However when I tried to change PIN code (there is no way to setup your own - only generate new one which they send in SMS!), it says SMS was sent but it wasn’t, because it was working with phone linking but not with the pin. Support is not helpful at all - the guy was keep sending me message from their internal FAQ which was asking to reload the phone which I already did and retested the flow couple times. He wasn’t trying to help in any way or solve the problem. Not even understand it. He also was talking about internet connection for SMS! LOL! SMS doesn’t require internet connection at all! Get your support some basic training, this is not even funny, when your support doesn’t understand how basic mobile phone works!!!

Currency exchange, transactions, and customer support work terribly on weekends. Currency exchange happens in a completely random way. This morning I managed to exchange dollars, but in the afternoon I couldn’t exchange euros to lari. Support promised to call me back within a few minutes — no one responded for over two hours. My questions in the support chatbot are being ignored. This is the worst support line I’ve ever seen.
