Worst Financial App
The app is not even opening. My money is stuck in the app. If you can’t maintain the app regularly why do you even launch it? Financial apps should be made/maintained carefully & should not be made for fun and joke around.
Good for nothing
The RBI has mandated quarterly claims through the Digital Rupee platform. As a user, I access the application only once every quarter to avail these claims, yet even then the app frequently fails to function properly. It is disappointing that a platform intended to promote digital currency adoption is plagued by recurring technical issues.
If RBI is keen on driving the usage of the Digital Rupee, it should ensure that users have access to a reliable and efficient platform. Instead, the responsibility has been placed on individual banks to develop and maintain their own applications, many of which appear unable to provide a seamless user experience. More often than not, users are met with messages such as ‘Something went wrong’ or ‘Technical issue, please try again later,’ making the entire process frustrating and inconvenient.
For any digital initiative to succeed, the underlying technology must be dependable. Users should not have to struggle with basic functionality simply to access benefits that have been mandated through the platform.
