Getting slower everyday

Overall, the app is usable with a nice UI and easy navigation. However, it becomes slower over time, which negatively impacts the overall user experience.

Sharing this here in the hope that the developer notices and addresses the issue.

I’ll be happy to update my rating if there is some improvement.

Transactions fail for no reason, it’s hard to rely on it as a day to day eWallet, not satisfied
(updates) getting even worse, it’s freezing on iOS

Locked account

Everytime i try to access my account they tell me it's locked and i can't come to one of your branches because i am not in the country at the moment and I am not planning to come back anytime soon !
Please i need to access my money and i will be waiting for a positive reply

App is freezing on iPhone

On my iphone running ios 18.6 the app is freezing and delaying to open whenever I tap on "BK to momo" or "BK to BK" and it takes longer than usual to bring the next step making it be so slow and inconvenient

Can’t create a account

It says on the website that diasporas can self open up a account online but it doesn’t allow to select a different option besides the one listed so you can’t move forward with the application process

Buying Airtime

Buying airtime from BK to MTN doesn’t work as usual.

Overall the app is really great!

Momo pay

They should add an option to pay on codes using momo not just using numbers

Negative score

This BK app deserves a negative rating. Each new release logs users out completely, requiring them to delete the old version and reinstall the new one. It's a frustrating and poorly managed process. Numerous feedbacks have been given to BK, but as usual, they seem indifferent. Such incompetence at BK.

Latest update killed a perfectly fine application made it unusable.

For banking app, if one can’t transfer money or access funds it’s useless. Endless requests to set up security questions which have already been set up.

Hello, You need to login using credentials instead of biometrics to update the security questions. Thanks.

Worse

Every time a new version comes, they wipe out login credentials. Is there anyone doing Q&A prior to releasing the updates. What a worse user experience with BK online banking!

Version updates

Can someone be able to use the app without having to update first to the latest version ? (having option of updating later) because whenever there is new version there is no option of continuing without updating it. I have noticed this on iphone, for other types of fon I don’t know

Proof of payment

The app is good and convenient, but it would be better if you added a way to get/Download proof of payment as pdf as it would help a lot.

Latest update is buggy

For banking app, if one can’t transfer money well it’s then useless. Sending funds to momo doesn’t work
