Great place to bank!
Very friendly, down-home staff who always do their best to serve you,
Not user friendly
You have to change your password every 90 days. Or you mess up more than 3 times you have to rest your password. It takes forever if you have to reset it. Not pleasant to use. I am ready to find a new bank because of this

The Bank of Monticello app would not work over the weekend and now I have an overdraft because I could not log on to transfer money. Your app is down so many times it is ridiculous! It is not at all dependable at all!
The error I got over the week was a “failure to load” on an iPhone 12.
