Do you have difficult in some areas printing transactions, the same as the old app is next to impossible. Without screenshot Ing the page or printing every transaction on the page .

Why after this update can we only pay bills from tablet but desktop as business accounts. Ridiculous. Passionately tax forms are still not available to print years interest paid. Y’all are still so far behind !
Constant issues logging in
It is a constant problem trying to login and constantly changing the password. It is so frustrating I am about to change banks!! Face ID works about half the time. Never have these issues with capital one or SECU.

Poor app performance
Constantly have issues with mobile app login. Week after week after week, the app can’t validate our login credentials and then are locked out of our mobile app. After 5pm there is no support so if anything happens over the weekend, your without options. They’ve stated to delete and redownload the app and that should fix the issue at hand but it doesn’t.
Login information is saved and Face ID is operative. Still can’t wrap my head around how there is always failed login in attempts when one day it logs in just fine, and the very next day the first attempt you make it’s locked out.

Worked Perfectly and Then Mobile Payment Option Not Available
Mobile App on IPhone 13 worked perfectly through May 8th, Sunday. All sections including mobile bill pay.
On Monday May 9th, bill pay was not available with a red exclamation and a message saying that payment section was unavailable or that I was not eligible to use.
Has to be a problem with an app update, permissions etc. I can go through safari and physically log in and get to the payment section and use.
Was functioning perfectly and then not.
Not much use in a mobile app than you can’t pay bills with.

Incompatible with Password Managers
I used to love this app however the last two updates no longer support password managers. This means that you now have to manually enter your password. Given that passwords now require a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters (none of which you can remember), your choice is to simplify the password, write it down, or stop using their app.

Takes a year to log onto your account they constantly are updating but not fixing actual problems I am a developer and could build a more stable app in 3 days

Awesome if you live locally because you just drive down the street. If you live far away or like me on deployment, good luck! I got to call them every other month to fix the apps log in problems

After log in I like to hit my home key and bring up the check register app.....
But opening or switching between apps causes this app to require logon.....

WORTHLESS
This app is broken. I'm using iPhone 6 running 8.1. Installed the app. When I opened it I put in user name then it asked an ID question, then another, and another. After answering 12-15 questions I gave up. Tried again and got the same thing. I can't get past the questions.
Could use update
It's a good way to stay in touch with your finances. However, it could use a way to deposit checks through the app. A lot of other bank apps have that feature if you could add it that would be great
