This app sucks
This app needs tons of work. You can’t do anything until you call their central services. And when you do call 90% nobody answers and this during their hours of operation. they have nobody to help with Spanish speaking. Considering they are the oldest bank in CA they need to do better.

Archaic and useless app
This app does the most basic of functions which is to give the user the balance on their accounts. Due to the bank being unable to upgrade itself, the app doesn’t accept mobile deposit, the app doesn’t transfer funds within the need to call the bank itself. For how advanced other banking apps are, this one gets a one star at best

Best Bank ever!!!
Bank of Stockton carries our mortgage loan, one of our two auto loans, two checking accounts and one savings account. Clearly, we are quite happy with BoS!
