App and Website- useless
I opened a business account several weeks ago. Neither the website nor this app work. I can log in but that’s it. I can only see my balance. I can’t access my account data or make transactions. Every time I try to get this resolved, the branch says “Oh, you have to fill out a separate form for that”. Now, along with this, I’ve learned: BT business accounts can’t do anything at the atm except check balance; BT doesn’t allow business accounts to connect to other businesses like Venmo, PayPal, etc. and BT won’t allow me to use my debit card on out of town business trips unless I get approved by them beforehand. This isn’t a business account. They should call it a child’s account. Needless to say I’m taking my business and money elsewhere.

The app is marvelous. All of my accounts are readily assessable. The face recognition makes it easy to log in securely. Its layout is user friendly, as well.
