Not supported anymore?
Bank5 is great but they do a horrible job of using multiple domains, not supporting their apps, etc. is there a new app now? I have no idea. I see a new app. It sounds similar. Maybe? This one gives me a generic login error. Guess I’ll go plug my credentials into some other unknown app and hope it’s the right one.

I have to laugh at the whole “no overdraft fees” thing they don’t even let you overdraft if you need it, and regardless of all of that, I have not had the greatest start with this bank
Great App. Even Better Bank.
I’ve had Bank5 Connect for a couple years now and have made it my mission to switch all my family over as well. The app works well (powered by DigitalInsight) and the customer service of this bank is awesome. Not only do you get great interest rates, you also get great perks like ATM surcharge refunds.

Nothing is working anymore. Please fix ASAP.
What happened?
I've been using this app with no problem for almost a year. Was disappointing but not a deal breaker you can make external transfers on it. But now all of a sudden I can't even log in. Touch ID stopped working as did my regular log in. All is fine on the website so it seems to be just the app. Not sure how long I can keep these accounts if I can't access them!

I am very glad to have selected Bank5 for my online savings account and their app is very easy to use, especially now that they've added check deposit via picture.

Works great! Easy to use to check account balances, view pending bill payments, and deposit checks. Wonderful user interface. Bank5connect has their act together with the best application process, web site, bill pay, account information, transaction download to iBank, and ipad application that I have used. And they also have some of the highest interest rates in the industry...

Doesn't support Touch ID
While this apps description does not mention that it supports Touch ID like its sister app does, the feature is in fact baked in. That being said, it does not work and runs into errors every time it i try to turn it on
Terrible Mobile Check Deposit
Literally took me over thirty tries to get my mobile check deposit done. I'm thinking to myself, WHAT have I done?!?
Efficient Banking App
Simple to use app that has all the features you need. Mobile check deposit is very easy.
Almost always freezes.
Would be a great app if it would stop freezing up. I have to reinstall it every week. Also, check photo quality is awful, and I usually have to retake each pic 5+ times.
