The most Frustrating app
This app has made me decide to move my account to another bank. You can’t expect businesses to be able to run efficiently with this terrible app. You have had quite some time now to fix the issues and improve it. It’s clear you aren’t interested in doing that. Sad
BSC App is all I use
I love that I don’t have to rush to my computer to review my accounts. Works as it should.
Face IS option not available
Face ID option is not available… very inconvenient.

Inconsistent log in & mobil deposit not working!
The last app was great and worked fantastic this app does not recognize the login credentials. It has been hit and miss and asked me to contact my bank. The other very frustrating thing is the mobile deposit app has been failing to recognize my stamp that worked every time on the last app and yes it says “for mobile deposit only”. Very frustrating!

Hoping for improvement
I like that I can sign on using Face ID (thank you for that), but I HATE that all of the transactions listed are generically named unless you individually click on each one. As a business owner I don’t want to have to spend my entire day clicking on all my transactions to see where they are coming from. The old app had descriptions of each transaction on the main page. Please bring back this feature. Also I do not see a place where I can access my statements in the app, and that is a must. I know it’s new, so maybe these things are coming. Fingers crossed.
