I love that more information is available by creating a custom view. I no longer need to go in and out of pages to lookup my various things for banking online. I can view what I want where I want to see it, top, bottom, in the middle, it’s up to me.
The other app was working fine.
Switching to the new app shouldn’t require me to need to call for help. First, I put in my username and password just like it said to, it said it didn’t recognize me. So I put in my username and email and it didn’t recognize me. Then I tried to get in by using my SSN and account number, that worked, but it refused to let me change the password. This is unacceptable and I hope you’re working on a fix. People need to log in to their banking apps on a day to day basis.
