THIS IS TERRIBLE

IT TAKES LIKE 5 HOURS TO LOG IN AND I HAVE TI CHANGE MY PASSWORD 50 TIMES JUST TO GET AN AUTHENTICATION ERROR WOW GEAT!!!!!!!!!!

New App & website Terrible

New website and new app are terrible. Specific to new app, it is laggy and buggy. Sorting is hard, can’t get data out easily like the old app. It’s made my bookkeeping take twice as long. When you touch something it does not respond quickly. Design does not have enough contrast and is hard to read what you’re doing. All in all, big update, worse app. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Whoever approved the new changes should be fired. Didn’t carry over external bank transfer information. Going to a different bank.

Please Fix Mobile Deposit

I have had this happen twice now, so it’s not a fluke. I make a mobile deposit and it says it was successful, and is “pending.” Standard. Later, it just disappears with without depositing the funds at all, and even worse, it does not send a notification of any kind that the deposit was rejected. When you look in the history, there are no failures listed or pending. It just disappears.

This is a huge problem because one is not supposed to keep the mobile-deposited checks after deposited, and it is a more than a hassle to have to go back and doublecheck each and every deposit. The fact that there is no record of ever having even tried to make the deposit plus no notice that it was rejected results a complete failure of the program to perform a basic function in the world of mobile banking.

The mobile deposit limits are also much lower than typical. All in all a subpar app.

iOS 15.4 beta broke the app

The iOS 15.4 beta breaks this app. Launches to a blank white screen and crashes after about 15 seconds.

Bill Pay

My experience with bill pay has been exceptional, easy to use would be the three words by which I can describe it!

I love Bank Cherokee!

So happy to finally have mobile banking here! BankCherokee has been my main (and favorite) bank since 1998, so it's nice to see them continue to stay with the times.

Would have been happy with just the mobile banking, so having the picture deposit option is a bonus. So far the app is working exactly as it should!
