App not working
Can’t log in never had this issue. Please fix.
No Zelle
I have been a happy, satisfied customer since 1978. I now need to leave and join a new bank because they will not be a part of Zelle beginning March 2025
30year review
I have been a customer over 30yrs and wouldn’t have any complaints but I l’m sad I may have to change banks because they do not offer zelle for money transfers and zelle will no longer be available if your bank is not offered..so praying before March they put it in place.

I am having difficulty using the system. It says it cannot not be used at this time. Not sure if you are working on the option right now. I was able to send money a few days ago.

Too many stupid rules
Depositing checks online takes forever. I tried to deposit four checks last night and endorsed the back with my name and checking account number. This morning I was notified that the deposits were declined because I had not written “for mobile deposit only”. Give me a break.

Used for years. Now I often get “app error”. Can take many log ins to get what I need.

My mother loves it, she's not tech savvy so I put it on my phone for her, and showed her how to use it, she loves not going to the bank all the time to deposit checks! 🙌🏿
Quick balance not working
Even though I enabled view quick balance in the app and added the widget, it still asks me to enable it.

I have been banking with Bank Financial for a number of years and it's the kind of bank that other banks should model themselves after. When many other banks are failing and not living up to what they promise, Bank Financial always has been the one that you can count on. Fantastic bank with good old fashioned attributes.
