Not consistent
I have had to go in to the bank and change my online banking password over 10 times in the last year probably. Even when you turn on facial recognition you still have to type in username and password and even when I reset it with the workers at the bank. It will only let me sign in using a password 2-3 times before it makes me reset and cannot verify me again. This bank has insane overdraft fees compared to others. I will be switching banks after my next check.

Bank card
One lady said I was told this was my last card after 2 purchases I didn’t make. She informed me I would go to cash only. I am planning on changing banks when my ankle heals In hopefully 4 more weeks . The gal I spoke to this morning was very helpful and kind.

Not being able to see checking posting to your account
The website is ok, but would be better if you could see your checks coming through or posting that day. The bank conveniently has that feature turned off!

Program needs help
The Program is to confining. I need to look at more detailed info on each payee when payments were made. I have go to website to do business to many times I wish it work more like the website.
Could use some work
While I still use it almost daily, this app needs a little work. It has the finger print option, however I always have to use my password and I always have to turn the fingerprint option on even thought I had done it over and over before. The amount of information it allows isn’t the same as going online. I am constantly looking online instead. It could use some work.
