Can’t transfer money from one account to another on my phone
I tried to find help by using the “help with the app” section so I wouldn’t have to make it public but the “help with the app” isn’t user friendly or helpful.

This app does help me budget it consistently confuses me. Just tell me I have only x amount and stop moving transactions to put my account into overdraft.
Bad help
I can’t find my account that was opened yesterday. I did everything I was to do and waited 24 hours. This makes me so upset with on line banking.

BankFirst app is super easy/user friendly, not only that but BF has great fraud protection.

Over draft and transaction
Y’all allowed a company that I told yall to not let pull anything from account and also charged me service fees and some other fees that need to be returned. I need all of my money back in my account

I’m not seeing more banking options… Ex. “Investing, Loans,”

This is the stupidest most complicated app and it’s so unnecessarily confusing fix it and bring back magnolia.
Poor customer service—just stay away
BankFirst just took over my bank. Couldn’t access one of my accounts. After multiple trips to the bank and multiple phone calls (kid screaming in the background on the calls) over a week, I was told it would be “sometime next week” before access would be granted remotely, with quite a bit of attitude. So sad my wonderfully little hometown bank is gone. They were wonderful.

Deposit
I love not having to actually drive to the bank to deposit a check. This is so quick and easy to use.
Mobile Deposit
I deposited a check reference number KKZLQQMSLS2. I filled out all necessary information and it was declined. When I called to ask why I was told I needed to write for mobile deposit only. This information was already on the check and I initiated it. Why????

Adding Outside Institutions
Returning to the Bankfirst app to enter the small deposits from the outside banking institutions is cumbersome. I’ve attempted 3 times to enter the deposits & all 3 times I was unsuccessful attempts because it times out on me. Please assist.
Online Banking
It’s makes it so easy for me. Don’t have to leave my house. I can do it all from home. Love online banking, and if I do to much I. One day they make sure it’s me by protecting my account. Thumbs up to online banking BankFirst.
Mobile deposit
The deposit app will kick you out after taking the photo of back of check. You have to start over.
