Hello, we have recently made some updates that we hope will be helpful here! Please try to complete the ID verification again with a your passport or national ID card :) Remember to update your app beforehand.

Norge var engang foran mange land i bankteknologi, men dere har falt langt bak. Én ting er sikkerhet, men dette minner om en teit spøk fra Ylvis Brødrene.

Looks good on iPad mini now
UPDATE: bug is fixed, and the ability to confirm without opening the app is great. Takk.
OLD: I'd like to be able to give this five stars, but they clearly haven’t tested it on an iPad mini. For the last dozens of iterations, there’s been this weird graphical glitch on the left-hand side where one character gets one line!
You go to the help section to try to send a screenshot, or to contact them, and there’s no way to do it. They don’t want feedback, apparently. This seems to be the only way to do it by giving a low rating :-(

Brukes ikke egen kode men den som sperres mobilen (eller biometrics).

Support for Apple Watch?
Appen virket fint på Apple Watch inntil det kom valgmuligheter for svar osv. som må gjøres på telefonen. Når kommer denne muligheten på Apple Watch også slik at jeg slipper å plukke opp telefonen for å bruke denne funksjonen?
Doesn’t work without Norwegian Mobile number
Hi I am living abroad without a Norwegian mobile number.
This app failed on retrieving my info from the old one. Then the SMS activation/ validation only works with Norwegian number ! I cannot use any more BankID
My profile is correct with my current mobile number on BankID website when I logon with « engangskoden»
