Love my bank and the app is very convenient

Bootleg/non-functional

I HATE this bootleg app. The f’n mobile check deposit NEVER works. You can take the clearest picture ever, and there’s STILL an issue with the picture that won’t allow the deposit to go thru. I gotta close my account. I cannot keep driving to the bank to deposit less than $100. I never had this issue with BankPlus.

The Ap is user friendly and having access to all accounts on same page is a plus.

Great App, but….

I love the app, because it gives me access to my accounts. I will be glad when you all make it so we can make a deposit at the ATM machine after hours, now that will be awesome. A lot of the other banks already have that.

BYC Mobile Banking is a great app. Great access to multiple accounts, great customer service response time and awesome mobile deposit if physical checks with your phone. A+ App.
