I can hardly describe how you courteous, helpful and enjoyable this Bank Orion Aledo
Is ( as I have never been to the others.)
They have incredible employees!! Starting with Brian Gerber, who has been there 11 years!
He knows most everyone by their first name!!
True! He truly is the heart of the bank! Rex Johnson, President, is a rock!
Bobbie, Cyndee, Ann, Janet ( just retired),
Amanda, Erica,, Julia, Hannah,Connie (retired)
Jill ( retired)and Melinda. If I have missed anyone I am sorry.
I am truly blessed.

I love the people at the bank, but it seems that anytime I try to get on this app something is always wrong and never works!!!

Mostly great

Love the app and how streamlined it is becoming. Only issue, the app goes blank as soon as I click on my account every time. I have to force close and reopen.

Issues

New update has issues. I have problem signing in, won't save I'd, won't use face recognition, issues checking bank statements and mobile deposit.

App keeps closing

Ever since the app was redesigned it now crashes/closes when I’m using it. iPhone 11. Loved the updated look but now I can barely use it. Have tried reinstalling it with no luck. Disappointed!

Transfer $$

There are a few more steps to transfer funds. And now you have to put in today’s date unlike before. It was faster and easier to transfer money before. But I did it!

I have to delete and re-download the app at least twice a year because it will just stop working. Face ID works half the time. Other than that it’s an ok app.

Great service

I moved 9 years ago from the Quad Cities to Alabama and have continued using Bank Orion as my primary bank. Banking on line has been effortless and I will continue banking with this bank.

Best Bank

If your looking for a hometown bank that treats you like a friend this is the one. I trust this bank and have been with them a long time! For me there isn’t another place I’d trust my future to.
