We hear you, and we're sorry for the trouble. Subscription changes and cancellations live in your Apple ID settings, and refunds go through Apple. Please contact support@fuentechsoft.com with the details and we'll look into your case.
Banksnap
It doesnโt work 90% of the time- giving notes not even vaguely similar to what has been photographed; the only notes that seem to be recognised are from USA. Also, navigation works poorly.
Sorry but now going to cancel subscription.
