Worst app ever

Do not purchase

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback โ€” we're sorry the app fell short. We'd genuinely like to make it right. Please email support@fuentechsoft.com with a bit more detail and we'll look into it.

Less useful than Useless

Installed the app, took pictures of banknotes, after several attempts I can not save the pictures to my collection or my computer; I get no information of valuation. Only a link to upgrade to the premium version to get additional features and information.

Response from developer

We appreciate the feedback and we're sorry the app didn't meet your expectations. We really do want to improve it โ€” if you can share more at support@fuentechsoft.com, we'll take a serious look.

Bad

You have to pay to see how much it is

Response from developer

We hear you, and we're sorry for the trouble. Subscription changes and cancellations live in your Apple ID settings, and refunds go through Apple. Please contact support@fuentechsoft.com with the details and we'll look into your case.

Banksnap

Iโ€™ve just wasted an hour trying to use this app - itโ€™s rubbish!
It doesnโ€™t work 90% of the time- giving notes not even vaguely similar to what has been photographed; the only notes that seem to be recognised are from USA. Also, navigation works poorly.
Sorry but now going to cancel subscription.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear you're running into trouble. Restarting the app or updating to the newest version resolves most issues โ€” but if it persists, please reach out to support@fuentechsoft.com and tell us what's happening so we can help.

Donโ€™t Buy

This app is only good if you happen to have the notes they have in the app already. I have about 500 old note from all over the world. Found about a dozen on the app. Not worth the money.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear the app disappointed you. Your feedback helps us get better, and we'd like to understand what went wrong. Drop us a line at support@fuentechsoft.com and we'll follow up.
