Bluetooth connection to the RGB controller is nonexistent. Everything is hooked up lights are on. Cycled the power several times. Checked connections. Confirmed power source and voltage. Got basic white lights… cool. But you buy the kit for the versatility not one color
Timers are worthless
Timers for on and off should be an easy function, but not for this app. Timers rarely work at all, even when they are set correctly. Please fix this and I will change my rating.

I continually set timers in the app and the remove them selfs constantly. I wish the timers would stay saved.

Custom Scenes are a Huge Pain!
If I’m working on a custom scene and lose connection with the controller, I usually lose the ability to save my custom scene. The app behaves as if the controller is still connected, but recording fails immediately and there is no way to reconnect to the controller without losing all the work I put into the scene.
Also, once a custom scene is saved and either you exit the editor or put the app in the background for too long, there is no way to edit the scene again.

Timers & Themes
Although I love the lights when they are working, the timers always seem to have an issue ⚠️: either they turn on at the wrong time or don't turn off when they’re supposed to. As for the themes they are very limited and I wish I could set my own themes. Badly need an update to make these corrections.

SOS 😥
Latest update seems to have broken compatibility with SP608E controllers. My devices are detected correctly, but the app shows “This device model is not supported yet”. Multiple users appear to be experiencing the same issue. Please fix this bug.

Poor Service
Terrible service. These lights don't connect via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or the cloud. It’s far from a seamless experience—having to reconnect every time I want to turn them on is incredibly frustrating. I'm about to return them.
App for Blume Light pots
This app is the one that the QR code redirected me to for the Blume Light pots I ordered. The app won’t even send the verification code to create an account, which makes it impossible to do anything with the lamps other than turning them on or off. Threw out of the five lamps in the pots I received didn’t work right out of the box, and manual resets only corrected one of them. The remote controls that came with the lams are also very flaky indicating more basic problems with the lamps than the app.

Mehr als ein Jahr hat es wunderbar funktioniert aber jetzt lässt sich das Gerät seit einem Softwareupdate weder mit der Fernbedienung noch mit der App bedienen

This was the app recommended for the Blume planter with LED light. I want a timer to be set and kept daily so the plant is getting regular light during the day (it’s in the basement). The timer I set ends up self-deleting after less than 24 hrs. If that is the case, why even have a Sun-Sat option for the timer? Also it loses connection easily and won’t work 1/2 the time for controlling the light even as a remote.

Timers are broken.
It allows you to set up multiple on/off timers (schedules) but once you power off the device, all timers are deleted!

Awful UI. Just copy Tuya!
The UI of this app is so bad. They have hundreds of themes that they just numbered 🤦♂️. No preview of what it looks like or an easy way to quickly scan the options. Tuya app has small preview pictures and also displays them in a grid. Please just copy what Tuya has or let us add the lights to Tuya app!

The interface is not so intuitive but click around and just experiment. I ended up figuring out all the options in a couple minutes. Lots of options.
