Took my money, and changed order status to fulfilled but was never shipped, had to contact them and got one response promising it would be shipped the following Monday at latest. UPS still hasn’t received the package for shipping and it’s been 3 weeks, contacting my bank Monday and reporting the charge as fraud to get my money back.

I ordered two cases of wine and only received one case. After repeated calls and promises to refund the cost of one case, I have yet to see the refund. They are crooks and liars.
