Calls Calls now opens on To do: the calls planned for you this week, grouped by day, with the next one at the top. Make call lists, add people to them from your CRM, and note what happened after each call. One phone button opens Call someone, where you can dial, pick a person or start a meeting. Call back now sits in each call's More menu. Create The + menu names each action: Make a call, Start a meeting, Send a message, Write an email and Add an event. Meetings A host can end a meeting for everyone, guests appear in Calls, and your upcoming meeting links are listed in one place. The meeting room shows who has joined and counts unread meeting chat. Phone calling Phone calling no longer stops working after your iPhone has been locked for a while. The keypad always places the call, and the emergency button hands the call to your iPhone's Phone app. Mail Unread mail sits on white and read mail on grey, as in Gmail, and each mailbox syncs the last 90 days, newest first. Chats and invites Long names in the chat header are no longer cut short, and Invite sits beside the Chats title. An invitation can only be accepted by the account that owns the invited address. Problem reports A bug report now includes the app's log from the last 12 days, with passwords, sign-in tokens and email addresses removed. When something clearly fails, the app can send that report by itself. Turn this off in Settings, General, Send problem reports automatically. Also: snooze presets for suggestions and action items, a new calendar event starts at the time shown on the form and the event shows your latest edit, and many layout fixes across Calls and meetings.
