Response from developer

Hi Ashley! So sorry the app didn't work when you were trying to use / download it. We actually had a ton of people trying to download and access the app yesterday and it caused our servers to crash. We are working on fixing it and should have the app back up and running soon! Thanks! The Banterr Team
