This app doesn’t work I’m a paid member about to request refund.
Horrible app
Could NOT: create a OE, get a reset, see the whole page on iPhone 12, or do ANYTHING at all. This is by far the worst app I have ever seen, including in my IT career. Fix it!
Blank App
The home page populates news articles, but when I go to track, trade alerts or notifications it says I don’t have a subscription. I do have one, I bought a lifetime membership two years ago. Don’t use the app, just use the desktop.
Frustrating
Very frustrating that this app doesn’t seem to get updated to show the newsletters that have been subscribed to.
Even using the online chat, phoning USA and emailing doesn’t get results!!

Amazing
Been a long time Banyan Hill fan. Love the insight. This app works week for me. When there is a trade alert it sends me a push notification. Makes it easy to track the portfolio as well.
So far, so good!
Once I logged in for the first time on my desktop, I had no problems logging into the app. Thank you!
Notifications
Still not receiving. Fix the app. ASAP.
Login issue
Cannot login on the phone app using my sign in credentials. And I have an iPhone 13 pro max. Also having a problem using the laptop to login, username/password not recognized. Very disappointed just another scam for someone to get rich. Let’s see how well the 100% money back refund goes. Cancelling my subscription and I screen shot my email confirmation. Any problems I will go see a lawyer.

Truly amazing they haven’t fixed the login problem after all these reviews!
This app gets a one star review because like many others who reviewed it previously, I cannot and have never been able to log into it even though my login information that works on the website it’s associated with works fine. The research this team does is amazing, so it is surprising so little attention is paid to the crappy app they promote to their subscribers. I hope someone fixes the login issue so that our views can cover more than just the fact that we can’t use the app after we download it because we can’t login.

Cannot Login
App does not recognize my login credentials, which credentials I also use on my desktop and mobile phone browsing. It states my email (username) does not exist. Not good. Looks like I’ll just depend on the mobile text alerts I’m signed up for.
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t even load. I’ve downloaded, deleted and downloaded again with no luck.
Meh.
The app worked pretty well the first month or so. The alerts were often even faster than the texts. However, recently I stopped getting any of the alerts and when you load the app it takes forever to show you any data if it shows you anything at all. This would be a big deal but if you’re a Banyan Hill subscriber like me you’ve probably lost most of your money on their recommendations since February 16, 2021. But as Paul says “if you can’t stand to lose money this service probably isn’t for you”. Much like this app.

Really poor
This app often does not provide the data you get on the website and, even worse, often refuses to log you in even though you have the correct password. Keep trying though; it might let you in on the seventh try.
I can’t login
I can’t even login into my account using this app. I get a message at the bottom that it says “ Something unexpected happened. We don’t know what exactly but something has gone wrong. We’ll try to fix it”. It has been 3 weeks now
App doesn’t work.
I use my same credentials as their web site, but a red banner stating something went wrong. I have never been able to use this app.
Issue with notifications
App used to work seamless till few weeks back and lately not receiving any notifications when there is a trade posted.
Login doesn't work on app
My login works fine via internet browser login, but trying to log in via the app and all i keep seeing it "you are not an active subscriber." Well I am - your app just somehow got it lost in translation!
Waited for this....need minor tweaks
Good to have a portfolio view similar to the one on the website. Missing details like the hyperlink from portfolio view tracing back to the initial trade alert. Rest of the app design is very thoughtful
