Doesn’t Work
Says “Failure to Receive Configuration”. Does not load anything. Tried redownloading and restarting and a different device as well.

I downloaded the app per my welcome packet and it tells me failure to retrieve. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and am having the same issue

I downloaded the app but once I open it I tried selecting the due date but that didn’t work. Took the app off my phone and re downloaded but that didn’t solve the problem.
