I don’t have time to take off work (especially for just a sinus infection) so I am SO grateful that I could do this health visit at home!!! I wouldn’t have done anything and just suffered the symptoms had this not been available. This is such a great service!

This is my first time using virtual care and it was interesting and good experience! I did not have to drive anywhere and with the corona virus pandemic i kept within the social distancing thats been recommended!
No Insurance Input
Based on the description, I expected to use my insurance. There was no where to input my insurance, so I paid the full $55. I also had to wait about 15 minutes in the waiting room before the doctor was available.
Super Convenient
This was a great experience. Dr was very friendly and diagnosis process was simple. Saved us a ton of time!!! Will definitely recommend and use this service going forward!!

Do not bother with downloading this app. They only want a credit card where they’ll charge you a copay visit amount. No where is there functionality for one to enter insurance information for a legit visit. Being in a remote location in southern Arkansas I was excited to come across this recommendation. But now I see it’s just a quick buck.
