Doesn’t work for iPhone or iPad
Had the app for a month it started off good just the issue with the ads but a week ago the app will start as usual an will automatically close right after it starts calling the cards or in the middle of the game. It not every game that it does it to but I has done it everyday for the past week

Can’t get passed Ads from the start!
There was no way to give a decent try to demo before paying. I was even willing to chance it but couldn’t get to the point where I could pay for it because the same WhatsApp ad kept playing over and over and when I’d close it to start it again it would just start the add all over again from the start.

Connecting to speaker
We used to be able to connect it to our speaker and it’s not working I just tried it today @5:47pm 5/29/2026 nothing happened no connection no sound nothing. 😭
New update
This new update is HORRIBLE. If you pause the deck it freezes up. So you have to start all over. At first I thought it was just on my end but almost 4 other family members have downloaded it and same issue. I BEG TO PLEASE Bring back the old deck 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I use to love this app
Pauses by itself and does not continue to play next card. I have to completely close the app and restart it just freezes.

All these updates can be good but if we can’t hear the calls then this app is useless to us. Our house gets too loud to rely on the iPhone speakers. Sigh. Used to be a go to app for us.

App glitches, and when connected to speakers it does not work. I tried with different speakers, different phones, deleting the app and restarting my
phone and making sure it was connected. Please fix this as we love it so much!

My family and I play Loteria every weekend and we love using this app but since the new update the app doesn’t connect to the speaker and it’s only the app other apps work with the speaker

i am not able to connect the app through bluetooth. when i connect it the sound just comes out from the pjs and not the speaker.

With this update I connect the cell phone to a speaker and the lottery is not heard, it is heard only on my cell phone and I already rule out any other problem .... fix that Problem
Paid for it and cannot remove ADs
I paid for the app to remove ADs. I got charged and it doesn’t work. I also asks to access your photo library… why?

UPDATE:
I updated to the latest version that fixed my original issue however some features are now removed. The ability to click cards to move to the next one is gone and it can just be set by a timer. Please restore this feature as the current one doesn’t work well. Clicking on a small button to go to the next card is not great experience. It also goes to sleep if you set it automatic so overall that feature doesn’t work at all.
