تطبيق فاشل ما أنصحكم فيه أبدا وخدمة عملاء تعبانه جدا وسويت ايداع عن طريق ابل باي وانخصمت فلوسي من البنك لكن ماتظهر في التطبيق ولي ساعتين أتكلم مع خدمة العملاء يردون بالقطاره كل ربع ساعه يسأل نفس السوال وإجوابة نفس الجواب

App is very buggy and crashes a lot and no way to reach out to the customer care i try reaching out on the whatsapp but I hardly get any response or no response comes at all.

Quite glitchy. Especially with the prices of stocks. Absolutely make u go crazy to see annoying differences in the live stock prices and make you wonder what’s happening to your portfolio.
Weird navigation
New app update of seeing few stocks with see all button is weird. Once I go full see all view, open any stock then click go back, it takes me back to home page with see all button. You're expecting me to click see all to view every stock in detail everytime? Please fire your designer.

I have been using this app for a while. Deposit and withdrawal seems trustworthy. Compared to IBKR the UI is a bit better. However the major issue is that the app is quite glitchy, especially when it comes to daily rates/percentages and of stocks. It’s quite funny to see that the same stocks show different day percentages in various places of the app. The portfolio says one thing, while the watchlist shows another. Every time I contact customer care, they say the rates are from a third party. To be fair they should fix this as a priority. Comfortability and trust always matters when it comes to money and investments.
