Shouldn’t be this hard
I just wanted to make an appointment with a barber (whose website referred me to the app). Unfortunately the app (a) asks for a bunch of personal info in order to creat an account - and the account is required in order to do anything else, and (b) seems really buggy generally.
So I uninstalled it, and will book on the phone. Don’t want to waste my time on something that just shouldn’t be this hard!

Hi SvetB, we don't understand your review because the only infos required by the app are essential for the barbershop in order to get back to you, and they are only 2: name, phone number. The other 3 infos are mail, photo and birthday, and they are optional. Can you revise your review? It is important for the work of all our team.
